Try WD40 - l also use the one destined for motorbike polishing to polish my windows. Keeps insects away as well as dust. Rain pearls of for a while. Reduced my window cleaning enormously. I actually put it everywhere where it is likely to find bird turd as it’s much easier to get rid of it without scrubbing. And also to take of sticky price tags from glass and other delicate items.

Try Goo Gone. It dissolves the sticky mess left by stickers on glass and other surfaces. It's my go to product for removing price tags from thrift store and garage sale finds.
Rubbing alcohol. And if the glass is flat, a razor blade at an angle works well.
