wash it in the machine with white vinegar
Apply straight bleach if the curtain is vinyl. If it is material you are out of luck.
I put mine ( plastic or nylon) in the washing machine with an old towel using borax or oxi laundry product.
Vinegar. Plastic, fabric, doesn't matter. Vinegar kills mold spores - bleach does not. Toss in washing machine, add a low suds detergent and a cup of vinegar - hang damp to dry if plastic. You can toss fabric curtains in dryer for a few minutes on delicate cycle if you wish. Have been doing this for 40 years . . .
