Open an umbrella and hang it (upside-down) from the bottom of your chandelier. Turn on a blow dryer and climb your step ladder. Aim you dryer down and blow off all of the dust from your chandelier. Use a hand mitt to polish the light bulbs (make sure they are turned off) Then simply dispose of the dust your umbrella has collected
