Pamela, do you mean prevent dust in your MOP? If so just toss the mop head in the washing machine.
I have no idea what a moe is. Could you please elaborate?
You need to take it outside and smack it on something a few times to shake it loose. Pull off all the stuff that did not come off with your hand. Then wash it. Try to get dust & hair off before you put it in your washer or eventually it'll plug up your pump/filter.
