How to remove permanent marker from textured linoleum
I am trying to remove blue marker from textured linoleum.
Wet a towel with rubbing alcohol. Pour some rubbing alcohol on a clean towel.
Permanent markers are usually alcohol markers. That means the ink is soluble in alcohol ... the isopropyl alcohol in your medicine cabinet or the vodka in your liquor cabinet should do the trick.
First, remove all pens out of the reach of your granddaughter! Then the only thing you can do is seal it with Kilz and re-paint!

LOL I have a granddaughter that did the same thing. Unfortunately there is a reason they call it permanent! Think you have two choices. Frame her art work or get out the painting supplies!

Write over it with a dry erase marker. Wipe with a cloth.
