It sounds like the manufacturer's finish is flat, not shiny. If so, you cannot restore something that was never there. If not, most laminates carry a generous warranty on the finish. You should contact your installer or the manufacturer.Helpful Reply -

Once and Done is a product I use in my cleaning business. You can get it at Home Depot or online. They have a cleaner, polish, and one you can use on regular basis. They have it for laminate, vinyl and tile floors.Helpful Reply -
