My favorite cabinet cleaner is Krud Kutter.
I agree with CribbStyle. Krud Kutter is the way to go! Just make sure you get the stuff meant for cleaning, and not the stuff meant for paint prep!
So long as wood has been sealed, you can use a mix of Murphy's Oil soap and water, using a soft cloth. Dry thoroughly.
Ideally, food splatters should be addressed, immediately, when cooking/baking. Simmer burners, splatter guards or pan lids can be used to reduce need for extensive clean ups.
Use dawn dish soap it’s great for cutting grease.
