How often should I have my gutters cleaned?

Oh that sounds steep, but it depends on whether or not it is a 2 story house and how many gutters you have. My house is small by most standards. Twice a year should be enough, as you would be surprised as to how many people don't clean their gutters then wonder why they have problems. As long as the service does a good job, that's what matters. Couldn't hurt to shop around a bit if you have the option.
