I use diluted vinegar and a soft cloth on mine Jan - cleans it really well :)
1 part alcohol to 1 part water and a microfiber cloth. Fold the cloth in half twice so you end up with a square. With your car in the shade (be sure the windshield isn’t warm) Spray the windshield with the alcohol solution and wipe thoroughly. Flip the cloth over and repeat. Prepare to be amazed! The first cleaning may take a few attempts to rid the windshield of all residue, but in the future only one cleaning should do it. Also, to avoid future residue refrain from using armor all or other dashboard conditioners. Tried and true and OCD approved (literally). Enjoy your sparkling clean windshield!
I use windshield washer fluid.
