VALENTINE’S DAY CLASS GIFT IDEAS: EX-STRAW-DINARY, EX-STRAW-SPECIAL!
Now that the girls are in school we had to do valentines for all their classmates. And as usual having twins means double of everything, and no we can’t do one from the both of them, they each have to give one to every kid in the class. That makes for a whole lot of valentines! I realized pretty quickly I needed something cheap but cute. One trip to dollar tree and I had my idea. Straws! Read on to check out quick and easy Valentine's Day class gift ideas !
My girls love using straws and with these cute and quirky straws I knew I could come up with something. I was going to make a printable myself that said: I could just drink you up! but then I thought that might be a bit much for little kids. LOL. A quick google search and I found lots of options with free printables. Here are my four favorite ideas. I ended up using three of them
The straws came 7 in a package for $1. Once I had my cut outs, I used my trusty exacto knife to cut slits for the straws on the top and bottom.
Insert straws and viola! I simply wrote the girls names on the back.
