Erected 3 times, what do I do?

Is it actually being blown-down (i.e. collapsing), or is it being blown over (i.e. lifted up and tipped on it's side). If the latter, spiking it to the ground, or fixing small sandbags to the bottom would keep it in place.
thanks Kent, collapsing in a concertina fashion. Managed to take it apart each time before it got too bent up. Stored in pieces at the moment.
