How to turn a garage into a cat playroom?

With the passing of my mother I no longer require the large house so I am downsizing from a 2500 to 1400 sq ft home. I rescue cats and want to turn the garage into a playroom for them with their litter boxes. What do I need to do to the concrete garage floor to stop the white dust from coming up? What do I need to do to the walls and ceiling to accommodate easier cleaning? I want to attach a couple cat hammocks from the ceiling and need to know how to do this?

Use an epoxy paint on the floor and an alkyd paint on the walls. Any thing you want to attach to the ceiling, buy a stud finder at building store , not expensive, and make sure you attach everything into a ceiling joist,
The floor can have an epoxy finish applied over it.
