Leslie Long on May 16, 2014It looks like Septoria to me (http://extension.umass.edu/vegetable/diseases/septoria-leaf-spot) but if not, it is almost certainly a fungus. Here in FL we can get a fungus overnight so I use NEEM oil as a preventative spray at least once a week. It is organic, made from a tree in India/Africa, and totally safe for all veggies up to the day of harvest. Just wash and eat. I would recommend reducing the moisture somehow if you are watering often. Fungus' like moisture so tend to go where there is an abundance of it. Reduce the water so long as you don't see wilting. Good luck :)Helpful Reply
