How can I make a replica of this snowman?
This male snowman is part of a group of four snow people figures I purchased in 2000. When I bought them, I bought Daddy, Mommy, Daughter, and Son snow people. At that time, it was just our four family members. I want to replicate one for my sweet son in law. Have looked all over the internet but have yet to find one like it. I’m thinking to make a cast and pour a figure. I can paint it here at home. Have plenty of paint varieties here. Any ideas would be appreciated greatly.

I would contact the mfg of the item you bought (look on bottom) to see if they still have them but here is info for pouring your own but chances of finding a mold that is exactly like these is unlikely....we do not have info to find this exact mold or item. sorry

You might be able to use this process to replicate the snowman. Also you could try a reverse image search on Google to see if that snowman shows up for sale anywhere online. Good luck! https://countrydesignstyle.com/winter-snowman/
Looks like it's cast out of resin. You could use paper mache or layers of newspaper strips and watered down glue on a cardboard form. I would use a balloon for the head mold. Cardboard for the some of body along with insulation foamboard. Layer and carve the foamboard to shape like the chest, arms, hands, shoes. Cardboard for the pants. Cover with newspaper strips or paper mache.
I found one but it is an ornament

Hell I would consider using some styrofoam balls and paper mache to recreate this example
Maybe try making one out of modeling clay
Is it made of clay?
Have you tried going to a ceramics place to see if they could copy it look on them for a name then google it if you find it
You could spray it with mould release and maybe papier-mâché over it. The release will clean right off. Or get a silicone mold kit.
