Hi Kathy,
I just searched Valentine on Hometalk to bring you all of the ideas that have been posted here by fellow Hometalk members. I didn't look for specific items because you said "etc." :) Wishing you the best & happy crafting.

There are tons of ideas on Hometalk and Pinterest. Just type in Valentine Decorations.
for me the simpler the better. Red, red, red. You can get strings of just red lights, take a preformed wreath and add hearts and red ribbons, red candles and dollar store plates.
Consider using wedding rings and circles with hearts and cupids. ☺️

Throw a little red heart confetti on the coffee table. Use Valentine paper napkins, place on tables and use as coasters. A vase of flowers can be dressed up with ribbon. Put a red bow or two on a lamp or a draw pull. Put red hearts on a lamp shade. You can add Valentine motif ribbon to anything you like. Don't forget to put out a silver dish filled with Hershey's red, silver and pink kisses. I have a corn husk wreath that I love. It hangs over the fireplace. I change the ribbon for every holiday and it's a focal point dressed in hearts and sparkles for Valentines Day. I have some vintage looking Valentine cards. I keep them year after year and put them around the room too.
How about making a few of these and putting them in a dollar store vase: https://celebrateanddecorate.com/how-to-make-beautiful-diy-coffee-filter-roses/
