My son is a just-turned-15 new lifeguard this year. The pool hosted a party for them last week in which they played water volleyball, dodgeball (personally not a fan however the kids love it). In general, the kids just liked hanging out together. Maybe you can have concession-like food/snacks (pizza slices, hot dogs, snow cones, cotton candy, ice cream bars). Also maybe consider some fun games, like diving for prizes ($5 gift cards), best belly flop, who can float the longest... -
