What glue would be best to make a wreath with shells and a wreath form that has been covered with burlap?

Hello. I would use a hot glue gun. It will dry fast and make it easier. Good Luck.
E6000. comes in clear or white. Hot glue usually fails after a while. Anything with weight like shells on a porous fabric like burlap needs a stronger glue. Takes a lot longer to dry. Lay your wreath flat and don't be in a hurry. Give it a day to dry.
I agree with EM E6000 is a great product Ive used for apply appliques.
