DIY Flower Pot Gingerbread Man
If you're looking for a quick, easy, and inexpensive DIY for the holiday season - this is it! You can see more of my crazy creations here This can be used as a gift or in your own home for decorating.
You can use any size flower pot for this project and I'll be using a 4.25" terra cotta flower pot. I removed the tag from the bottom before starting.
I first painted the entire flower pot with Folk Art Home Decor Chalk Paint in the color Java. Don't forget to protect your surface, and I like to use wax paper.
I let that dry completely before moving on.
I measured and cut some zig-zag ribbon and hot glued it around the top of the flower pot.
I repeated this process to the bottom of the flower pot.
I hot glued 2 red buttons onto the front of the flower pot.
I placed candy inside and I have an easy gift to give this holiday season
