I am assuming you mean a bauble in memory of someone that has passed. If this is the case there are some many ladies with Cricut machines that make and sell them for $10 here in Australia. If you want to make your own, you can buy the clear blanks for about $1 which you can open and insert a picture. Here is a link to show you what I mean.

Buy clear picture baubles and add photos of family.
You can also transfer photos on wood( either wooden decopatch shapes or wooden discs cut from branches.
