DIY Frog Planter Using Plastic Bottle
Upcycling plastic reduces the amount of waste that gets to the landfills. Using this waste plastic into something creative, not only helps the environment to reduce it's waste, but also helps us to be a little more creative in using our ideas to beautify our garden.
Step 1: Take any plastic bottle of your choice. Rinse and clean it and let it dry.
Step 2: Draw the outline using a marker and cut it with the help of a cutter.
Step 3: It will look something like this. Now with some mould make eyes.
Once done it will look like this.
Step 4: Now it's time to paint. For painting the entire body use Matt Chalk Paint and make the eyes white in colour.
Step 5: Once completely dried with the help of a marker draw mouth
Paint the mouth using Matt Chalk Paint or Acrylic Paint.
For the body I have used a darker colour and made this pattern.
Once everything is painted it will look something like this.
And your Frog Planter is Ready!!!
This planter can be used in 3 ways;
- You can make a hole at the bottom and plant your favourite plant in the planter.
- Without making any hole to the planter, add water and some plant cuttings making it a propagating planter.
- Can directly add potted vase and let water drain in the planter itself.
