I prefer to Vinyl paper myself, but it is pure choice - by putting up a wallpaper that has a raised design on You could do both.......
That is personal choice,I prefer paint and not wallpaper
If you do I would go with smallest wall to me it would make bathroom fill smaller using biggest wall. I have a half bath with 2 windows & I use 2 different kinds of curtains both with blue.
I like accent walls. They can be so creative. You can either paint it a contrasting color or wallpaper it. If you can wallpaper it, that is an "in" look today and can be very striking.
inalways think that an ideal spot to go 'funky' is in the 1/2 bath...it's a small space that isn't used often and so you won't get tired of a different design to quickly...so go for it!
I guess it depends on the size. I have a large 1/2 bath, but no windows. The walls are painted a dusty lavender and I put a small 2 shelf table in there painted the same color of blue as the walls outside, which ties it in with the surrounding area. I also have 3 colorful pictures on the walls. I have had unhappy experiences with wallpaper in the past, so prefer to go with accents that aren't necessarily permanent.
i think either is nice, but i agree with Sally, it depends, because if you 1/2 bath is small, I would want to do something that would make it seem bigger. You could do an accent wall with the same color only a little litter or darker as the rest of the room. Then blend the colors on that wall with your decor and add a third color for pop!
I love the idea of an accent wall! How about a wood plank one like this: https://threeclementines.com/diy-wood-plank-wall-on-a-budget/
