I don’t want to screw anything into it. I would love to add a mirror but I worry that it might be too heavy and fall if I just stuck it on the wall.

I’m unsure what you mean by commercial grade but if you use vinyl wallpaper and glue for pre pasted paper it will hold up in a bathroom. I just took some down from 1999 in master bath. No sign of wear or pulling from the wall.
Just search for "fabric backed vinyl" wallpaper. This usually needs paste to be spread on back to hang. Just a suggestion...commercial papers are very wide and bathrooms have tight spaces to paper, so go with 27 inch or less in width. These papers are expensive but have nice textures vs prints. Not as easy to hang as lighter weight paper backed vinyls.
Any wallpaper store will carry industrial or commercial grade wallpaper. Even better paint stores carry wallpaper too.
Amazon has some good one and they are pretty affordable as well... here you go to check them out... https://amzn.to/2IdRoSK
