There is a few ways to get your project on the wall. They sell those at hobby lobby and kirklands but in a smaller size, but adding 4- together and framing it out with wood or using L brackets and screwing them all together on the back side then spray painting them. Then Walmart or any big box store sells rubber door matts, buy a few that will fit the size or scale you want and those are on clearance right now. Spray paint them and tack them over the bed. I large tin tile will also do the job and spray paint itđź“Ś
Unless you are a master craftsman, I would suggest working overtime until you have saved enough money to buy it. That is not a headboard for an untrained woodworker to attempt.
I'm with Jeff. This is filigree not a stenciled pattern.
I found the door Matts head board
What if you got a piece of plywood, paint it white, then attach one of these type rugs and place mats in a design you like, then spray the whole thing with white paint.... https://www.houzz.com/photos/85637013/Natural-Jute-Round-Rug-4-beach-style-area-rugs and then find some jute placemats to fill in the other areas.
Another idea I've used, is find a really cool piece of lace, and lay it over the piece of plywood for the headboard, and spray paint it a slightly different shade.
You could also project a picture of this carving if you can find a pic taken head on onto the plywood standing against the wall. Then pick a medium to work in like paper mache.
or buy the real thing.... https://www.houzz.com/photos/26764561/Set-of-3-Carved-Wood-Wall-Panels-Rich-Brown-Intricate-Floral-Home-Decor-traditional-wall-accents
