If the frame is flat use E6000 glue to glue the trim. You can also just use samll finish nails and nail it on.
I would try a panel adhesive and then if needed add a few teeny nails.
Hi! Depending on the size of the bamboo, if it is thin reeds, you could try hot gluing. E6000 or clear drying Gorilla Glue will give you the most permanent hold. It takes longer for both to dry, but will give you the strongest possible hold. Good luck!
Yo could just put it on the corners along the edges on the hole thing.
I would glue it as well as use a nail gun or brad nailer that uses very small nails to attach it.
You could just hot glue it o. The corners all around
Loctite is a great adhesive. In a caulking tube at Home Depot. Sticks immediately yet lets you move around for several minutes to center, place or change.
Without seeing the pieces, it's hard to guide but you could try a wood glue, a glue like Gorilla, hot glue, or construction adhesive.

Where is the wood frame, and how is it going to be used after the bamboo is added?
Can you just use a nail gun or would that split the wood? otherwise I'd use the E6000 glue like mentioned above.
Construction adhesive or E6000 might be suggested.
