You can get something like those little clips that hold mirrors to the wall. Or you can have a frame made.
A stained glass shop can probably put a frame of metal around the table top/wall decor. It will depend on the thickness of the glass.
Glass is heavy and tabletops are thick, so I'm not sure you'll find the right mirror clips at your home center. Talk to a professional glass installer for ideas on installing.
Look for mirror mounts in your local hardware store. Make sure you know the weight so you might have to use Molly bolts if it’s heavy and you don’t have studs that the mounts go into.
Cup hooks - 3 at top and 3 at bottom
What is the diameter of the glass? As others have noted, glass can be heavy. If you did go to the expense of having a custom-made frame made for the glass it would likely still need to be supported at the bottom as well as using just the hardware to hang it. To mount it on the wall, it does not necessarily need a frame.
Since the tabletop is heavy, you will probably need hardware stronger than the usual plastic mirror clips to support it on the wall. Here are some examples of brackets/clips that are used for heavy glass panels such as shower enclosures.
Take it to a glass store and they can help you out. I had one done for our church bathroom and put in a frame and they applied the wire for me. It is still hanging and looks good. Cost me 15.00 and well worth it
