Contact paper would take care of it. You can even get some to look like stainless.

Appliance paint!
Rustoleum, especially the 2X kind, will do the trick for, like, ever. And it comes in loads of colors so you could go all retro with baby blue or mint green or go mod with tangerine or red delicious or do stripes or whatever. I’d recommend taking the doors off to paint them flat and then you can do the main box of the fridge in a solid or whatever, tape off the hinges and hardware (or replace it with something more weather-tolerant), and go nuts!
What do you mean? Cover it with paint or with a vinyl cover, or wood, or what?
