Paint them with chalk paint ...but bottle lights , they are a string of battery operated mini lights with a bottle stopper that fits in the top of the bottle and a button to turn on and off the lights ... You can use modge podge to attach paper to them , like news paper , maps , menus , ...
Lucy....You can paint with Elmers glue and food coloring is clean using a sponge brush. You can wrap with roping, ribbon or yarn. You can add buttons, lace, doilies or old jewelry.
