Can I adhere ceiling tiles to a wall?

I’m redoing my living room. On the accent wall at end of the room, I’d like to add some architectural interest, in white, after painting the wall with a pop of color. Can I adhere 2’x2’ fiberglass ceiling tiles to my flat wall ? The back of the tiles are not completely flat. If so, what would be the best adhesive to use? These are being sold on a local on line marketplace group for $5 each, OBO (there are 11 of them).Thank you

Yes, you can use ceiling tiles on walls! Use construction adhesive to mount them.

I agree, any type of strong adhesive will work. Good luck!
Please be aware of how you attach to wall ie .(strong adhesive)??? Have pity on you or anyone who wants to remove them later down the road!!! Repair or replacing drywall will not be an easy task!! I don't know, maybe double sided tape?? ETC. ?? Think about it.
I think they would look great on your wall! I like to change things up every few years so I would be looking at something like Velcro tape or the 3M Command hanging strips.
You can try the 3M command strips or Velcro, but I doubt it would hold well. Try it on one tile and see if it works. Otherwise I suggests Locktite Powergrab and painters tape. Just a few globs of adhesive on the back of the tiles.
Attach furring strip to wall then glue ceiling tiles to furring strips
It will look gorgeous Susan. What a lovely idea
Easiest thing to do put printable wallpaper in a ceiling tile design. You can do that, and/or your tiles using the painters tape and double sided tape .First you can make a grid with the painters tape, which comes off easily when peeled for easy removal down the road . Put double sided tape, I use the one to keep carpets in place, put the tape on back of the tiles and stick to the painters tape grid on the wall. I double wide my grid lines to make it easier. Takes some measuring but is easy up and definitely easy removal. Tiles are stuck to the painters tape which when pulled off doesn't mar the wall underneath. Works on a smaller scale with kids putting up posters in their rooms, saves walls. Hope this makes sense. I have those tiles also , going to use them below a chair railing in a hallway, way cheaper than picture frame moulding. Good luck.
of course that you can with proper tin set
Here's a post that might help https://www.ceilume.com/how-to-install-glue-up-ceiling-tiles.cfm#:~:text=To%20install%20border%20tiles%2C%20measure,used%20to%20complement%20new%20ceiling.
I would use removable wallpaper on the wall, then stick the tiles onto it with double sided tape. Otherwise, it will be difficult to remove if you tire of the design. That way your wall and tiles will remain in good condition.
