Wow, what a great room! I'm envious ;) If you want to show off the great shape of your walls, I'd use more than one color. Depending on the look you want, you could use different shades of the same color, or go really bold using different colors. You could get a multitude of looks. You could also go with a white ceiling with the walls a color you love. It will be beautiful. Good luck.
