Without what? I would use a hot gun and a scraper.

The best thing is a hot air gun and a scraper, but what is the rest of your question
try a hair dryer or heat gun set on low to loosen the glue!!!
Try WD40 for the tricky spots
Go slowly and don't push the hot air over the tile you don't want to remove. Good luck and be patient
