Buy the hexagon shaped small mirrors at 99cent store and place them around the light fixture. They will fit together because of their shape. Not only will the mirrors reflect the fixture, it looks very elegant. You can make it as large as you want.

Maybe add some mirrors/bling to give it more substance. Magnifying glasses would work, but is impractical.
Run some ivy through it and let it trail
How about adding a ceiling medallion above it?
A large mirror will work. Maybe add more crystals or crystal strands.
