If you have a replacement available, remove the broken one & replace it.Removing is done with a hammer, center puch and small chisel.Read the entire process, and be familiar with each step.First, Crack the bad tile (Center punch & hammer) then remove it to the surrounding grout. Next, remove the grout that immediately surrounds the tile you just removed. (Use only a small masonry chisel here... do not disturb undamaged grout). Then remove SOME of the tile's supporting thinset (under the removed tile) again with the chisel alone.Vacuum the result. Next, get a wee bit of fresh thinset, butter the back of the New tile and press into the space.... make sure it's Completely Even with the surrounding tiles, if not flat, it will be bothersome for years! And do NOT let the thinset fill spaces between tiles... that's fo grout.Allow it to set for a day, mix a wee bit of grout and fill the spaces between tiles.Helpful Reply -
