Take the floor down to the floor joists and then install a piece of 5/8 treated plywood over the whole thing. This will give you an excellent base for whatever you decide to place on top.
ok. That will contribute greatly to your future repairs of this playhouse.
You could make an elevated base for it with hollow concrete blocks, tuned sideways, that could be partially buried, if they are too big of a step for the kids.

Do the floor joists sit on dirt or?
If they get wet and are exposed to dirt/insects, the floor joists will have to be treated and or repaired.
