Ceramic tile with well sealed grout lines or the floating waterproof vinyl tile .
I've had dogs all my life and the best flooring for me is vinyl sheeting or good quality vinyl squares. Ceramic tile with the grout can be a real problem with staining from urine, etc. Plus ceramic tile is slippery. The new wood laminate is waterproof and holds up very well to pretty much anything.
A ceramic wood-look tile plank with matching dark grout may work well for you. There are many different tiles out there, and some have texture, so they're not so slippery. A tile would last you the longest, and do the best as far as scratches go. Just make you you're sealing your grout every 6 months.
Tile with well sealed grout lines (med. to dark color). Had for 11 years!
