What do you put up on ceiling after removing popcorn ceiling?

Do you know people can make faux tin using styrofoam? Here's a link.https://www.google.com/search?q=make+your+own+styrofoam+ceiling+tiles&rlz=1C1BLWB_enUS700US700&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwi2v7GXi97TAhXD7YMKHQMEBnkQ_AUIBygC&biw=1024&bih=642Or you can put in a drop ceiling or simply paint it fresh. I know from experience how hard it is to remove popcorn ceiling so anything you do should be easy. -
