Can Easter Lilies be planted in dirt outside?

after the danger of frost, dig the hole twice the size width and depth of the container and plant.Leave the foliage on as the bulbs feed from it.Helpful Reply -

I did. It's a bulb. I put mine in an area that got early morning sun and shade in the afternoon. Bloomed for several years before Harvey, but that bed washed completely out. Good luck.Helpful Reply -
