Make sure the plant has gone dormant for the season. Once blooming is done and the remaining foliage has died off, then tou can carefully uproot the bulbs. That would be a good time to seperate them too! Store in a cool dry place before replanting😊
Carefully dig them up. Leave a little dirt on them. Transplant. Water.
