I didn't plant my tulip bulbs in the fall, can I still plant them now?

you can plant them but they will not flower.spring bulbs need the right amount of time in the ground to produce flowers.
you can but they probably won't blossom this year.
The sooner the better... They may only bloom next year though.
You can plant them as soon as the ground isn't frozen. Blooms will have to wait for next year, though.
