Yes, I always soak the seeds for 24 hours. You can also rub them on an nail file slightly .
as above but you can also use nail clipperes to put a slight dent in side of each. soaking is easiest tho.

Morning glory can be invasive and they reseed themselves and are extremely prolific. I planted seeds once at this house 19 years ago. Still have them . . .
At my ex husband's house, he has never planted them, and has a ton. Gifts from wind and wildlife. We are in zone 9, perfect climate for them.

Be careful, morning glory although beautiful are VERY invasive, and hardy lol. You can harvest the seeds real easy though.
No
