i have jasmine and lavender and bees love them. Can't answer for humming birds as I'm from England and we don't have them in Yorkshire as it's to cold.

In addition to the above, lilies, fuschia, Joe Pye weed, etc. Bees love all of these plants, as well. Look for anything with a trumpet shape to the bloom. Anything red.
