Any idea what this tree is?

It's finally doing something after three years, but I don't know what it is or what it is going to do. Help Please.
It is planted in my duck pen yard.

i dont think its a tree-of-heaven, as they have paired leaves that are much more plentiful and much thinner. it could be some type of ash... google ash tree saplings, and see if any of them look familiar. i have an ash, and it looks similar... (you might want to type your state in the google search as well (i.e., ash tree saplings washington state) because there are different types of ash trees nationwide. good luck!!
