    Hello there,

Maybe not enough water and fresh air, or food.

It looks as though the plant should be repotted with fresh soil. Water thoroughly until it drains through the bottom and leave it until the top 1-2" are dry, then water thoroughly and repeat. It's possible that the plant "should" be a variegated leaf variety = holes in the leaves. But, the entire thing looks so sad it's hard to tell.

This looks like some species of Arrowhead. They need plenty of light and humidity and should be repotted every 2 years. This one looks like it needs some more light, food and a spritz of water in addition to regular watering.

Surprised no one else has mentioned that using a metal fork as support can change the nutrients in your soil. You should really switch out the metal to plastic or wooden supports. Also consider if the plant is getting either too much or not enough sunshine (my Christmas cactus turns color like that from too much direct sunlight). The photo shown has the soil looking rather dry so maybe adjust the frequency of your water schedule.
