It takes about a year for a peace plant to bloom. Leave it in one place and don't overwater. They will show you when they need water and transplanting. Thrive rootbound.
The most common reason peace lilies don't bloom is because they aren't getting enough light, according to Clemson Cooperative Extension. Although they can grow in low light conditions, peace lilies won't bloomi n the shade. The plants bloom best in bright or medium indirect sunlight.

Be patient they will come. Had mine for years in same pot. Really don’t do to much with it. Don‘t overwater, it will tell you when it’s thirsty, leaves will droop. Mine is in a bright room for the most part but not in direct sunlight. Every once in a while I will feed it with a flower food, that may help.
