Identify Small Tree

Here are 2 photos of a small tree I am trying to identify. The second photo shows the berries that the tree has produced.
It may be a Japanese Blueberry Tree.

It looks like a really overgrown bush. Either a cherry laurel or mahonia. We have quite a few in our yard. Planted YEARS ago by previous homeowner.
It looks a lot like my privet trees
