Probably not. The best way to get rid of weeds where you later want to plant is to pull them by hand.

It would depend on how much of the mixture was used, how many weeds, soil content, and rinse conditions after the weed killer was applied. There is really no way to calculate how long to wait.

Hand pulling weeds would always be recommended and garden beds. Another option would be to put cardboard over the weeds to smother and remove the cardboard when replanting is considered.

Linda, you are likely not going to get good results. I would plant the floweRs in a pot and place in the spot rather than risk failure in the soil treated with the vinegar mixture. Given enough time.....months/years you may have success.

I use a vinegar and salt mixture for my walkways, pathways, and driveways only because I don't want anything to grow there. It should not be used anywhere where you want to grown things. I hand weed all my garden beds.

Nope. it changes the PH of the soil for a long time. It kills everything. I've used it on a pebble walk and had no weeds for three seasons.

Not a chance, it kills anything in it's spray path. Use it where weeds grow.
