poke holes in container to let water out;get the container out of the rain;dump the excess water out of container
To go along with the above comment if there's any mulch/first in the starter container you could replace it with new stuff.
If you don't have any mulch or soil in the container you could put a couple of paper towels folded up underneath once the excess water is drained to help pull any excess moisture from the seeds that isn't needed
Make shure you have drainage holes at the bottom and you will be fine.
