What can I do to prevent my seeds from rotting?

Seeds in container with plastic to help, but it has rained everyday. What can I do to help it not rot

    poke holes in container to let water out;get the container out of the rain;dump the excess water out of container

    To go along with the above comment if there's any mulch/first in the starter container you could replace it with new stuff.

    If you don't have any mulch or soil in the container you could put a couple of paper towels folded up underneath once the excess water is drained to help pull any excess moisture from the seeds that isn't needed

    Make shure you have drainage holes at the bottom and you will be fine.

    Cover the containers with clear plastic containers to make a sort of greenhouse.
