It depends on the fruit. Some need to have cold stratification in order to germinate.Helpful Reply -

Yes, that's true. Commercial fruit and veggie seeds with sprout, but prob will not bear fruit.The seeds are sterile that way... If you want to try, let seeds dry in a cool, dry place, not too warm. plant them in pots indoors at the end of winter in a bright location,like a window sill. When the last frost is over,move them outside and water.Helpful Reply- See 1 previous
