Thank you for this link. There were three BOP in our yard that bloomed all summer last year and even occasionally in the winter, but this year there have been few blooms. Because these were established plants when we moved here it may be they need fertilizer as another home a block away has no blooms either.
They don't bloom until they get at least 3-5 years old. I waited longer than that and buds came and my ex mowed it down!!!!( Not the WHOLE reason he's the ex!)
