We use vinegar to get rid of weeds. Put some in a spray bottle and spray the plants close to the bottom. It will take a few days before you notice the difference but it will work. Another option is to pour boiling water directly on the weeds. That will kill them faster but just make sure you don't get it on other plants. If it's an area where you don't want any growth at all, you can add salt to vinegar. Do not use this in a garden or lawn because it kills all plants, but it's great between sidewalk or driveway cracks. Wishing you the best. -Linda
Linda does exactly what I do too. I boil 2 kettles of water every morning. And dig out when dead. Vinegar works wonders. I do weeding every day sometimes twice a day. When I am out in the yard with the pets, I dig up the dead weeds. 10 or 15 minutes a day does make a difference. I don't have to spend an entire Saturday morning performing this task, nor do I have to pay someone to do it for me. Be careful with the salt, as too much will render the ground infertile for a period of time.
