How can I successfully plant tomatoes on my patio? What do I need?
I would like to know how to pollinate tomatoes as well as any other tips anyone has so I can successfully grow them on my patio?

You can take some cherry tomato seedlings and plant them in a pot. Good luck!
there is actually a tomato called a "patio tomato." see if the seed packet is available in your area. its more a cherry tomato, you need a good quality potting mix and 6-8 (or more) hours of sunlight, & water. for a regular full sized tomato plant, any container that will hold 5 gal. of potting mix, the plant, and be 12 inches tall. a plant support- tomatoes are on vines....there are many pages on tomato care on the internet and pruning techniques. you may need to hand pollinate, or just give the plant a good shake to self pollinate.
